I’m Hannah — Women’s Health Mentor, Consultant, and Founder of HerPeriod.
I help women reconnect with their bodies, embrace their cycles and navigate the hormonal transitions life brings — with more clarity, more confidence, and more self-trust.
My approach combines modern science with traditional wisdom: Yoga, Ayurveda, coaching tools and the latest research on women’s health. But what truly drives me is personal experience. Years of struggling with my own cycle and health challenges — and growing up with a mother who is a midwife — have taught me how powerful it is when women understand their bodies instead of fighting them.
Today, I work with individuals and companies who want to make women’s health visible, valued and integrated — at home, in daily life and in the workplace.
I live between Mexico, Bali and Europe, inspired by the rich traditions of female health, cyclical living and community care I’ve experienced there.
My story
Now, you might wonder how I ended up here. It all started with my personal journey of self-healing. I had been struggling with severe period issues since I was 12 and had enough.

I was determined to find answers and solutions.
As I began educating myself about female health, one thing led to another, and I kept diving deeper. What I discovered was that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to make my symptoms disappear. Not one pill, not one supplement (and trust me, I tried quite a few), not one specific type of exercise could single-handedly solve my period problems.

My Why:
Because it’s a combination of many factors and while some approaches may seem more appealing or promising than others, I learned that the key to getting closer to my goal was to explore all of them. I had to pick and choose individual strategies, combine scientifically proven methods, and embrace alternative ways to heal my body and life.
A woman’s body and her health are genuinely magical. We have numerous glands, hormones, organs, and processes working together in a beautifully complex system just to get us out of bed every day.
It’s truly astonishing.
So, I’m continuously learning because there’s still so much to discover about our incredible bodies (thanks to decades of not being as prioritized in scientific research, fitness, and other areas). But I’m here to share the knowledge I’ve gained over the past four years of constant growth and study. Together, let’s ensure we all get what we deserve – a happy, healthy, and strong foundation to build upon.
